Every person needs a pass to attend the event. This per person pass is good for one child aged 5-12 on ONLY WEDNESDAY June 14, 2023 and includes access to all races & entertainment planned for that day. Children ages 4 and under are free to attend the event.

Wednesday June 14th Event Schedule

  • 8am-1pm Short Course Race 1 
  • 9am-2pm: Daily Guided Ride brought by American SxS Takeover - Disney
  • 8am-10am: Cars & Coffee at Vendor Village - Athlete Meet & Greet 
  • 12:00pm-3:00pm Ultra4 Qualifying
  • 3pm-4:30pm: SxS Games (barrel racing, etc) put on by American SxS Takeover
  • 5:00-6:30pm Ultra4 Driver’s Summit and dinner
  • 7:00-9pm: Bull Riding and BullFighting in front of the Main Stage
  • 9:30pm-11pm Country Act at the main stage to follow the Bull Riding and BullFighting

Park & pass reminders

All attendees must complete an event waiver - save time at the gate and complete yours by clicking here.

All sales are final - no refunds.

Park entry is free for Active Duty Military with ID.

Minors are not allowed unaccompanied in the park at any time.

Pets are allowed in the park on leashes. They are NOT allowed in any cabins or park facility buildings.

NO SMOKING is allowed in any cabins or park facility buildings.

Safety is of the utmost importance - ALL off-road vehicles must follow safety rules at all times. 

Maintain the 5mph speed limit in the campground & main part of the park; this rule is for everyone's safety. Absolutely no hot laps or donuts on any gravel area - free riding is allowed on all trails.

MidAmerica Outdoors is a family friendly facility, please consider your conduct and language as many of our patrons are young.

We have a zero tolerance policy for theft, vandalism, or any violent or disrespectful behavior. Any such actions are grounds for dismissal and banned re-entry.
